You changed your mind ? Items you have received didn't give you entire satisfaction ? We have made a mistake in your order content ?
You have 7 days to return any item you purchased from us, starting from the day after you received them. They can be exchanged or refunded at your discretion.
To proceed at a return it is mandatory to strictly follow the herein procedure.
- Contact Artchoum customer service.
- First and foremost, by filling this online form you can also access though the "Contact Us" menu. Select "Return Admninistrator" in the To field. - Or by phone +33 (0)4.73.71.76.67. from Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.
- On the online form or by phone please give us all usefull information to manage the return.
- Your first and last names or website username - The order number - The quantity of items you want to return - Artchoum product code (sku) for each item - Name or description for each item - The reason for the return (cancellation clause, defective product, wrong product, ...)
- The Artchoum customer service will assign a return number to your request and email you that number with shipping information.
This return number will be valid only for items listed into your request. In all cases we will confirm you by email the return number and associated list of items as a proof of our acceptance. No return will be accepted by us without a return number.
- According to clause 6 of our general terms and conditions, you can request, at your convenience, replacement or refund for the returned items.
Exchange will only be possible when the product is still available in our stock. Otherwise we will refund you on our own initiative. All combination between refund and exchange will be refused. After ou return confirmation agreement, you have 7 days to proceed at the shipping.
- Only items, fully returned, in their original packaging and in perfect resale condition, will be accepted.
Every incomplete, damaged or without original packaging item will be refused and will not be exchanged or refunded. You will be backcharged 35€ to cover packaging expenses for all missing or damaged packaging. All products shall be wrapped and packed properly to protect them during shipping.
- You are responsible for shipping expenses, except when we have shipped the wrong item. In such case we will refund you shipping cost limited to official Colissimo rate for these items only. Rate will be based on delivery with proof of receipt and actual items weight.
You are free to choose any carrier and delivery method. You are responsible for proper delivery address labelling; It shall match, in any point, those sent with our return confirmation mail. You are responsible to keep all records and proof of return. This means you should choose a delivery with signature upon receipt.
- Your refund or exchange will be processed after receipt and acceptance of all items listed in your return request.
