How to Return


Delay
You have up to 7 calendar days from the day after you received your items to initiate a return.
They will be refund or exchanged, according to your choice.

Returns Policy
Consumables items, like pens, markers, glue, ink bottles or pad, will not be accepted if they have been opened or used.
Personalized items or items manufactured to your specification will not be exchanged or refunded.

Procedure
  • Contact Artchoum customer service.
    - First on our website by clicking on the "Contact Us" menu and filling the return request form.
    - By phone +33 (0)4.73.71.76.67. from Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
  • On the web form or by phone you shall indicate all information required for the return processing.
    - Your first and last name or Artchoum Id
    - The order number
    - How many items will be returned
    - Artchoum references (sku) for each item
    - Item names
    - Reason for the return (use of return policy, defective product, error in shipping, not satisfied, ...)

Return Number
    Artchoum customer service will then assign a number to your return request and will confirm you the return address.
    This return number will be valid only for the listed items.
    In all cases we will confirm you by email, as a proof of acceptance, the list of items that can be returned.
    No return will be accepted without a return number.

Packing and Shipping


Packing
Only items returned in full in their original packaging and in perfect condition ready for resale, will be accepted.
Any incomplete, damaged or with an incomplete or broken original packaging will not be accepted, exchanged or refund.
Will will be charged 35€ to cover restocking fees for any item with missing or damaged packaging.
All returned products shall been over packed for shipping.

Shipping
Once you will have received our return number, you will have 7 days to proceed at the shipping.
You will have to pay all shipping expenses, except when an order content mistake on some items was our fault, in which case, we will refund you actual expenses, limited to Colissimo rate for the considered wrong items weight. You are free to choose you carrier and shipping mode.
You are fully responsible of the proper shipping address labeling, where all address details shall match those of our return confirmation mail.
You are responsible of keep all records as proof of return, implying you should ship with delivery against signature.

Refund


Exchange
You can choose products exchange or refund, according to chapter 6 from our terms ans conditions.
Exchange will only be possible when the item is still available in our inventory.
Otherwise we will proceed at a refund.
Any mixing option with exchange and refund will be rejected.

Refund
Your refund request will be processed after we will received all items identified in your return request.
The way we will proceed at the refund varies according to the payment mode you did use.
  • Paypal payments will be refund by Paypal within five days after we received the items.
  • Checks or wire transfer will be refund by check issued by Artchoum and shipped to your billing address within 30 days after we received the items.
