Shipping Rates

If you are a domestic customer (France) and order over 90€, economy shipping is free.
Starting from 50€ order, you can benefit reduced shipping as low as 2.50€.

Shipments are Monday to Friday (except during shop vacation).
To know when you will receive your order, you must consider the delivery time from the moment your order is in Shipped status.
At any time you can track your order by clicking on the link in the order confirmation mail, or on the website in "Your Account".

Mondial Relay

For France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.
Your package available for pick-up with recipient's signature at one of the 6000 relay shops available in these fours countries within 48 to 72 hours.
You have a coverage of 25€ in case of loss or damage.

You can track your parcel by connecting to Mondial Relay.

Colissimo or Lettre-Max with tracking only

This is our default shipping method, for France only.
Delivery with tracking, directly into your mailbox within 48 hours.
You have a coverage of 23€/kg in case of loss or damage.

Colissimo Signature

France only
Delivery with tracking and recipient's signature within 48 hours.
You have a coverage of 23€/kg with a minimum of 50€ in case of loss or damage.
