This organization is very flexible and can vary depending on the nature of the items we sell.
One same item can be found in several categories, according to its nature or its use.
If the categories of products do not allow you to find the products you want, you can use the search function, as described on this page.

Inventory accuracy
We try to maintain a sufficient and the most accurate as possible inventory to satisfy you.
Unfortunately, sometimes, in the case where several orders occur simultaneously, an item may become out of stock when we process your order.
If this happens, we will notify you before confirming your order.
You may then :
- Cancel this item and get a refund.
- Cancel this item and get a credit in the form of a gift card.
- Wait until we have restocked the item for your order.
- Cancel your order.
Not available items
When an item is unavailable, we offer you the opportunity to be informed of its availability.
Click on the button Keep me informed
Register your email address in the box that appears and then click Notify me
You will then receive an email once the product becomes available.

Artchoum references
Artchoum reference is the official code for the product in our shop.
Labels appearing in the online catalog may vary depending on translations, thus the Artchoum reference is used to identify the product, exclusive to any other denomination.
Original manufacturer references
Original manufacturer reference is specified on the product detail page if it exists.
This reference is the original manufacturer one, as we ordered it.
This reference may allows you to verify that the product we sell is the original product and matches to the item you are looking for. It allows you to get more information by consulting the manufacturer catalog or its website.

Using keywords
You can search for one or more products using keywords.
To each product we attached a list of keywords including :
- The Artchoum reference
- The product name in French and English
- Product specifications, size, color, pattern in French and English
- Name of the manufacturer
- Manufacturer reference
Using the Artchoum reference
An Artchoum reference consists of four parts : ABC-XX-YYY-Z
- ABC : a 3-letter code identifying the type of product (OUT=tool, GAB=template, INK=liquid ink, etc.)
- XX : Our internal manufacturer code from 01 to 99
- YYY : The product number for this manufacturer from 001 to 999
- Z : A version of the product (different size, refill etc.)
The search frame is on the screen left below the list of categories.
If you already know the product you are looking for, just type its name or its reference in this field. You will then be redirected to the product page.
Otherwise, use keywords. For example, if you type Gelly, all pens we sell using Gelly will be displayed.
