Warranties


The products distributed by Artchoum are guaranteed under French law within the following limits.
Only the product specifications included with our offers are covered. We do not guarantee ourself the products we do not manufacture. The original manufacturer's warranty is covering any items sold.

Defects reported can not be just a simple insignificant difference from the specifications, a restriction of use of the product, or simple wear and tear of the product. A claim for defects resulting from improper handling or use will not be considered as a defect in due form.

In the case where products we've delivered have a defect, we will, at our option, remove the defect or replace the defective product by another.
If the mention of the hidden defect is received by Artchoum more than 12 months after the sale, then the claims will not be considered.
