Payment Methods
The Artchoum Online Store accepts a variety of payment methods.

  • Certified Cheque
  • Wire Transfer
Some customers may qualify for other forms of payment.

Credit Cards and Paypal
Credit Cards though Paypal is the default payment mode for the Artchoum online store.
It's free, fast and reliable. You never transfer any card information to our servers.
On final checkout validation you are redirected to the Paypal website.
All transactions are secured.
You don't need to have any Paypal account to use this service.
Certified Cheque
To be able to pay with cheques, you should obtain an autorization from Artchoum.
When this is the case, that payment method will appear under your profile. Otherwise, please contact us to get the autorization.
Place your order on our site www.artchoum.fr.
Confirm that your certified cheque is for the full amount of the order.
Make the certified cheque or money order payable to Magali FLAURAUD, and include your Web Order Number or a copy of your order.
Mail your payment to:

Artchoum must receive your payment within 10 calendar days after your order is placed or your order will be cancelled.
Do not stamp or tape your cheque.
Please allow three business days for order processing after Artchoum receives your payment.

Wire Transfer
To pay for your purchase using a Wire Transfer:
Place your order on our website www.artchoum.fr.
Artchoum will confirm by email to total amount and the bank routing information.
Have your bank electronically transfer the total dollar amount of your order using the routing information.
Reference your Web Order Number with your payment.
Artchoum must receive your payment within 5 calendar days after your order is placed or your order will be cancelled.
No service or currency conversion fees shall be charged to Artchoum.

Tax


Our prices are not subject to french VAT.
Therefore our prices are all taxes included and tax-exempt orders are not possible on our store.

Coupons


Coupons are granted to frequent buyers.
Coupons are value rebates, given as gift cards, valid only within a limited time period.
When giving you a coupon, Artchoum send you a code number, with associated value and expiration date.
Using a coupon is pretty simple. When validating your cart you can enter the coupon code in the indicated form field.
Coupons are personnal and cannot be transfered.
It is then impossible to use any coupon code that does not belong to you. Any attempt to do this will cancel your order.
