| Check Order Status
| It’s easy to check the status of your order.
Just visit online Order Status and sign in with your account name and password to get a summary of orders placed in the past 18 months.
You’ll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, estimated shipping and delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you choose to view the order details of an order, you’ll see detailed information about products you did order.

| Cancel Items or Order
| You may be able cancel an item or an entire order online, provided the items in your order have not been prepared for shipment, or have not shipped.
Send us an email.
Use the online contact form, with proper order number and date.
We will send you an email with your cancellation details.
- If you paid through Paypal, refund will be quick and at no charge. We will cancel the Paypal transaction and your bank account will be credited within a few days by Paypal.
- If you paid by wire transfer, we will refund you within 7 days, as soon as you will send us your full bank account information.
- In any other cases, you will be refunded by check within 30 days.
We shipped your order but you din't received it yet.
If you choosed a delivery method with signature, (relay store, colissimo or chronopost) you just need to refuse the package. It will be returned to us. Otherwise you will have to proceed with a return.
Upon delivery of your package, we will confirm you the receipt.
After content check, you will be refunded according to the previously described conditions.
If you already received the products or cannot refuse the package.
You should proceed with a return.
Inform us as soon as possible and we will assist you.

| Change Order

So far it is not technically possible to proceed at on-line change orders.
If you wish to change your order content, add or remove items, please contact us. As long as your order did not ship, we still can change everything.

| Display or Print an Invoice
|
You will be able to view and print invoices for your items shortly after they have shipped.
To view or print your invoice, sign in, click on Your Account, then select Your Order.
Under the order page, you can display full detail for the order you want to get the invoice.
Click on "Print all Invoices" to get a printable version.
