Ratings and Reviews |
Using Ratings and Reviews
The Artchoum Store presents ratings and reviews of products written by actual customers.
You can dig into each set of products and read the customer review about what works well and what doesn't.
Write Your Own Review
As a customer of the Artchoum Store, we’d like to invite you to share your opinion.
To use that function you should identify yourself with your Artchoum account.
From any product details page, click the "Write a review" button.
There are a few guiding principles to keep in mind when you're writing a product review:
- Choose a rating, from left to right, between 0 (very bad) to 5 (Excellent).
- Explain why you like or dislike the product, focusing your comments on the product's features and functionality and your own experience using the product.
- Limit your review to 300 words or less.
- Avoid single-word reviews, bad language, contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, etc.), URLs, time-sensitive material or alternative ordering information.
- Avoid comments about non-product related issues or not directly related to the product's features or functionality.
While we reserve the right to delete a review that isn't on point or that uses inappropriate language, the content of product reviews will not be edited for content before publishing.

Saving Carts for Later |
Sign in
You’ll need to sign in with your ID and password to save carts for later.
Your Artchoum ID allows us to connect you with your saved items or carts when you return to the store.
You won't need to enter billing or credit card information until you are ready to buy.
Save a cart for later
If you are almost ready to order, you can build a cart and save it for later.
Your cart is recorder as you modify it.
You may not save more than one cart (the current one)
Access your saved cart
If you are ready to order, login using your Artchoum ID, then click on the Cart link. It will reopen your saved cart.
You can then edit your Saved Cart, change the quantity of an item or remove an item. You can also look at the item's details to check if availability has changed.
You can add new items to the cart.
When you are ready to order, click on the Place Order button.

Orders Approval |
Before being processed, your order will go through our check and approval process.
Notice of receipt
A return receipt mail is automatically sent to you by our server.
It contains your order detailed information, payment option and the order number.
Receiving this mail does not mean your order has been accepted or processed, but it has been recorded into our server.
Wire Transfer
In case you choose to pay by wire transfer, we will send you an additional mail containing our bank account information you will need to proceed.
We will keep on hold for you all items from your order, waiting for the transfer.
You will have to wire the total order amount within 7 days starting from the day we will send you our bank details.
Your order will be confirmed the day your transfer will appear on our bank records.
Information mail
If we discover any issue when processing your order, we will send you an information mail.
It may be payment issues, product availability or delivery delays.
In all cases we will offer you a solution to best serve your interest.
Confirmation mail
When you receve this mail, your order has been accepted and will be processed.
This means your payment has been confirmed and we are ready to prepare and ship your order.
Your order will be prepared as soon as possible. You will then be informed when we will ship it.
